This Privacy Policy describes how Abrakadabra Communication AS ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use SinglePicker ("Service") at singlepicker.com.

We are committed to GDPR compliance. Your privacy matters to us.

2. What We Collect

Account data

Email address (required for login)
Password (stored as a secure hash by Supabase — we never see it)

Usage data

Tracks you upload for analysis (audio files)
Analysis results and scores generated for your tracks
Credits balance and transaction history

Analytics data

Page views and feature usage via Plausible Analytics. Plausible is privacy-friendly: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal identifiers. Data is aggregated and anonymous.

Payment data

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. We receive confirmation of purchase and the amount paid.

All US-based processors operate under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as required by GDPR.

5. Audio Data

Audio files you upload are processed to generate analysis results. We do not:

Retain your audio files after analysis is complete
Use your music to train AI models
Share your audio with any party other than those listed above (solely for processing)

6. Data Retention

Account data: retained while your account is active
Analysis results: retained in your account until you delete them
Payment records: retained for 5 years as required by Norwegian accounting law
Analytics data: aggregated and anonymous — no personal retention

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

As a data subject under GDPR, you have the right to:

Access — request a copy of your personal data
Rectification — correct inaccurate data
Erasure — request deletion of your account and data
Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet (the Norwegian Data Protection Authority) at datatilsynet.no.

8. Cookies

SinglePicker does not use tracking cookies. Our analytics provider (Plausible) is cookie-free.

We use a session cookie solely to keep you logged in. This is strictly necessary for the Service to function and does not require consent.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure storage via Supabase.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by email for material changes. The latest version is always available at singlepicker.com/privacy.
